Mad TV was a cult classic in Europe but virtually unknown in the U.S. And that's a shame, because it is a fun, solid strategy game with a neat underlying plot. You start as a lowly reporter working to increase the ratings of your TV station while pursuing the girl of your dreams. The AI in the form of competing TV stations is quite good, too! The animations of TV audiences also had me chuckle a lot :) Mad TV 2 adds better graphics, more shows and options (despite being reportedly much the same game), and a lot of hilarious spoofs of real movies.
