The only adventure game from New World Computing is a pleasant fantasy adventure aimed at kids of all ages. Control a group of talking animals in their quest for the Orb, an ancient artifact rumored to have powers to save their kind. Colorful characters and non-violent themes make this an ideal family adventure, although it is a bit on the short side and puzzles are mostly of the "bring object X to character Y to get Z" variety. Recommended for newbie adventure gamers and anyone who wants a satisfying diversion from more difficult adventures. Note: After being out of print for close to 10 years, new copyright holder Wyrmkeep Entertainment is now re-releasing the game - all in the spanking new Windows format for only $20 :) Reviewed by: Underdogs |
