One of the very few "Myst clones" games I actually like, Obsidian is much better than its overhyped predecessor for its novel premise that combines hard sci-fi with surrealistic fantasy, and innovative puzzles that are not out of place. As a scientist who created Ceres, an intelligent machine that utilizes nanotechnology to repair the earth's polluted environment, you must venture into the mysterious Obsidian, a structure built by Ceres, to rescue our partner Max. Great puzzles, graphics, and overall atmosphere. Too bad it's all over a bit too soon.Reviewed by: Underdogs
